All our vet nurses are experienced, hands-on practitioners who have passed the RCVS (Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons) vet nurse exams in the UK.
Just like NHS Direct, when you might be concerned about a loved one, we provide an immediate source of expert advice.
If it's out of hours we can sed you to one of the growing number of out of hours vet clinics that are opening up.
For many callers we provide peace of mind by helping them decide if and when a visit to the vet is needed. In addition, the nurse can provide first aid advice or even practical insider tips on how to get the best from the vet.
Currently accessed via the telephone numbers above and without time-wasting call centre menus, our nurses will get to the point quickly, ensure you get value for money, in our belief that a satisfied customer will use our service again and again.
We only do 1-to-1 consultations via the phone. Due to the complexity of the likely questions and issues we do not provide advice via e-mail.
