People and Skills

Only experienced RCVS qualified and registered veterinary nurses handle calls. They have English as their first language and all are trained and supported by our Vets, as well as covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Our Nurses work flexibly from home offices using our remote working systems, so we can attract and keep the highest quality Vet Nurses.

We are passionate about delivering the highest quality services. We only “do” Pets and veterinary.

The Technology

Calls are taken by Veterinary Nurses using the latest Call Centre technology and supported by on line information resources, databases and veterinary decision support processes©

All data is held in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system so we can automatically access and deliver results back your systems, create management reports, or even mine for specific data well after the campaign or event. All calls are voice recorded.

vetfone Talent Pool and Service Scalability

In order to react quickly to customer needs we have created and maintained a pre-filtered Talent Pool of great Vet Nurses, who want to work for us and we call on if we urgently need more staff.

Clinical Governance

Led by Ian Anderson BVM&S, MRCVS vetfone™ maintains an "NHS" standard clinical governance system including: recruitment procedures, qualifications & registrations check, nurse induction, training, ongoing call monitoring & CPD.

Business Continuity

As you would expect from the quality of the clients we work for vetfone™ maintains a full business continuity action plan covering key personnel, building denial, system platforms, internet connectivity, voice telephony, user authentication, application and data security, protection against a disgruntled employee, passwords, data backups and some nightmare scenarios.
