Only experienced RCVS qualified and registered veterinary nurses handle calls. They have English as their first language and all are trained and supported by our Vets, as well as covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Our Nurses work flexibly from home offices using our remote working systems, so we can attract and keep the highest quality Vet Nurses.
We are passionate about delivering the highest quality services. We only “do” Pets and veterinary.
The Technology
Calls are taken by Veterinary Nurses using the latest Call Centre technology and supported by on line information resources, databases and veterinary decision support processes©
All data is held in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system so we can automatically access and deliver results back your systems, create management reports, or even mine for specific data well after the campaign or event. All calls are voice recorded.
